Mission

Guardians of Human Rights Foundation is a 501(C)(3) organization created to empower members of communities to their individual and universal rights, while guiding them to build communities based on democratic ideals. At GOHR, we firmly believe in our capacity to effect significant change. It is our responsibility to contribute to the creation of a society characterized by integrity, respect, honor, and justice, within a peaceful environment, utilizing the most crucial tool we can offer: the knowledge of their rights.
Operating globally, our dedicated teams work tirelessly in countries such as India, Germany, Spain, Colombia, Guatemala, and Ukraine, organizing a wide range of activities aimed at promoting human rights. As proud members of the Vienna NGO Committee On Drugs and affiliated with the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, we actively engage on an international scale. Our involvement extends to key human rights summits at the OAS and the UN, where we advocate for meaningful change.
In collaboration with esteemed partners like United for Human Rights International, the Latin American Local Governments Federation (FLACMA), and leading universities and human rights organizations, we participate in various national and international events, championing initiatives in defense of human rights and promoting access to education as a fundamental human right.
