Youth Leadership and Drug Prevention: Defending Human Rights, Shaping Future Leaders

At Guardians of Human Rights, we uphold the belief that every child has the fundamental right to grow up in a safe, drug-free environment, as recognized in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Article 33 of the convention underscores the duty to protect children from substance abuse, affirming that living in a secure and supportive environment is a basic human right.

Our Youth Leadership and Drug Prevention initiative operates here in the United States and in the countries where we work, in collaboration with organizations and groups such as the Scouts. By promoting awareness of human rights, fostering leadership skills, and providing mentorship, we empower young people to take a stand against drugs and advocate for their communities. Together, we are shaping a generation of leaders dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments where every child can flourish.
