Diego Páez leads Guardians of Human Rights’ work in Japan, strengthening the organization’s engagement with sustainability-driven initiatives and corporate–civil society collaboration. Through his leadership, GOHR has become part of GPSS, recognized as one of the leading sustainability-focused companies in Japan, expanding opportunities for dialogue and cooperation at the intersection of human rights and sustainable development.

His work has contributed to Guardians of Human Rights’ participation in Sustainable Talk, a platform that brings together corporate leaders, experts, and institutions to address sustainability, social responsibility, and long-term impact. Through this space, human rights perspectives are integrated into broader conversations on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities.
