GERMANY
Whyrlin Zamora leads Guardians of Human Rights’ work in Germany while also serving as Director for Europe, advancing regional initiatives focused on the protection of refugees and displaced communities.
In Germany, he has led initiatives ranging from human rights seminars and community-based education to advocacy efforts that have reached the German Parliament, raising visibility around issues of forced displacement and refugee protection—particularly in relation to the Venezuelan humanitarian crisis.
In addition, Whyrlin leads the Accessible Higher Education program in Europe, granting scholarships to displaced and migrant students and supporting their access to higher education as a pathway to reintegration and long-term stability. Through these scholarships, beneficiaries are able to resume academic studies, rebuild professional trajectories, and strengthen their prospects for social and economic inclusion.
By connecting community-based action, institutional engagement, and educational opportunity, Whyrlin strengthens Guardians of Human Rights’ presence in Europe and advances rights-based solutions grounded in dignity, access, and inclusion.
