Daniela Riofrío leads Guardians of Human Rights’ work in Ecuador, connecting grassroots initiatives with high-level institutional and public-facing engagement, with a strong focus on supporting vulnerable groups. Her role centers on advancing human rights education, community-based action, and inclusive initiatives that respond to the needs of underserved populations.

She works closely with vulnerable communities, civil society organizations, and local leaders to identify priority human rights challenges, while also supporting the organization’s participation in national and international events, forums, and strategic partnerships. This approach ensures that the voices and experiences of vulnerable groups inform higher-level dialogue and institutional collaboration.
