Fedher García leads Guardians of Human Rights’ work in Costa Rica, supporting the development and coordination of initiatives that promote human rights education, community engagement, and institutional collaboration. His role focuses on strengthening local partnerships and ensuring that GOHR’s programs respond effectively to the country’s social and community contexts.

He contributes to the identification of priority human rights challenges and supports the adaptation of global and regional frameworks to local realities, working alongside civil society organizations, educational institutions, and community leaders. Through this approach, Fedher helps expand awareness, reinforce rights-based practices, and promote sustainable impact at the national level.

By linking community-level action with Guardians of Human Rights’ broader mission, he plays a key role in advancing human rights protection and education across Costa Rica.
